Lil preview of what is to come.
Please let me know if you like or dislike, and any usability improvements you could suggest.
The coloured balls are priority of the issue. One thing I need to change is the "Respond" and "Responses" - they are too similar.

The label similarity issue can be worked around with "Write Response"; or "Write Reply" and adjusting Responses to Replies, accordingly. You buy back some spacing with the shorter term.
