I mean that the graphical elements are very simple... Yes, there are simpler designs, but I think that this one is a great compromise between graphical beauty and simplicity...

Yea, this site is beautiful. I have a real tough time reading anything on it though. The font size is 1px too small on 1680x1050, and the blast of white is really high in contrast. I'd say the color palette works really well, and so does the grid, but I personally find it a challenge to read.
