Description
I am a big fan of the e-commerce layout over at the Apple online store. All the bits are in the right place and it's very easy to use.
Recently though, they removed one of my favorite features - the multiple image viewer/zoom thingy. Bummer.

I've always found Apple's web design to be a bit lacking. Everything looks pretty, but functionality and access to certain content (especially in the Support section) is often really difficult. Considering how efficient and tidy everything in the OS is, I'm often shocked at how clunky and non-intuitive most of the navigation is.
As far as e-commerce goes though, the Apple Store is one of the better sites I've seen. There still seems to be a bit too much going on for my tastes, however.

As a matter of fact, I find the non-store sections equally intuitive and easy to use. I am currently reading "Dont' Make Me Think" and are keenly aware of usability now - more than ever. I wonder if they do any usability testing...
