Not too bad. I would have thrown the login in the top-right corner though(could have made a nice little box/container for it). Makes the menu items kind of disappear in their importance to me.

I can't agree more. It would make a lot more sense to be up in the right hand corner. Certainly would create a better hierarchy and clean up the navigation bar a lot.
