No we don't. I wish we did, but because of the lack of Safari Plugin architecture, we're not planning on any type of Safari plugin.
However, I did write a quick applescript that ties together Safari, Paparazzi and ScrnShots Desktop to allow for full length web page captures. Should be making a screencast soon.
